Working at Sakthi Institute of Information and Management Studies (SIIMS), Pollachi, Affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and Earlier Worked as Head, Department of Business Administration at NGM College (Autonomous), Pollachi. He has obtained his Ph.D. Degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India

As the motivational speaker, rendered several guest lecturers in various colleges in various regions and acted as a Resource person for training programmes for teachers in various schools.
