RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR EVENTS

MANAGEMENT EVENTS (CASH PRIZES WORTH Rs. 25,000)

Best Manager:
  • Individual participation.
  • Participants must bring a copy of their resume.
  • Participants are required to bring their laptop.
  • Information regarding the number of rounds and the rules will be shared during the event.
  • Participants should come in formal attire.
Best Management Team:
  • Participants must compete in a team of 2-4 members.
  • Participants must bring their own essentials (stationery kit, laptop, charger/power bank)
  • Participants should come in formal attire.
Business Quiz:
  • Two members per team
  • Mobile phones are not allowed in between the rounds
  • Final decision will be taken by judges
AD Zap:
  • Each team must have 3 to 5 members.
  • Quick thinking, creativity, and humor will be highly valued.
  • Advertisements can be presented in either using multimedia / charts / others
  • Topics will be assigned on the spot, and participants can use props.
  • Offensive language and controversial content are not allowed.
IPL Auction:
  • Each team consists of two members.
  • After the auction, team must submit their final squad and Playing 11.
  • Winners are selected on the basis of analysis.

GENERAL EVENTS (TROPHIES AND CERTIFICATES)

Treasure Hunt:
  • Each team must consist of maximum of 4 members.
  • No use of mobile phones or external help during the event.
  • Participants must maintain discipline and avoid property damage.
Singing (Solo & Group):
  • Contestants can perform song from any Genre & style
  • Song length Maximum 4-5 minutes.
  • Group performances 2-4 members maximum.
  • Backtracks are allowed please submit the link via email or provide a USB drive to the coordinator prior to participation.
Dance (Solo & Group):
  • Maximum members of 6 in a Group
  • Duration of 4–5 minutes
  • Songs should be brought in a pen drive and should be handed over to the organizing team immediately after the registration.
  • The participants will be judged on their costumes, visual presentation, properties and dance form.
Reels Creation:
  • Duration of Preparation 1 Hour.
  • Theme will be provided on the spot.
  • Reels Timing 35 Seconds.
  • Maximum members of 6 in a Group.
