Dr. A. Prasath Kumar is an accomplished academician and researcher with nearly two decades (19.11 years) of teaching and administrative experience in management education. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Bharathiar University and is qualified in UGC-NET and TN-SET. His academic journey includes an MBA in HR & Marketing, M.Phil. in Management, and specializes in Data Analysis and Business Analytics.

He currently serves as Assistant Professor at Sree Sakthi Institute of Information and Management Studies, Pollachi. He has a strong portfolio in research, with publications in Scopus, Web of Science, ABDC, and UGC CARE-listed journals, and has presented over 30 papers in national and international conferences. His areas of expertise include Business Analytics, Data Visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI), ERP (SAP B One),  and Statistical Tools (SPSS, AMOS).

He has received a grant of ₹3.77 lakhs from AICTE for STTPs and earned accolades such as the Top Performing Mentor award from SWAYAM-NPTEL. As a passionate educator, he has organized national conferences, FDPs, workshops, and online certification courses. Known for integrating technology into pedagogy, he has been a resource person for 20+ academic events and continues to contribute to academic excellence through research, training, and curriculum innovation.
